Artificial Intelligence is transforming how the world learns, and teachers are at the heart of that change. Educare Teachers is a two-week summer professional development experience designed for high school educators who want to strengthen their real teaching capacity in the AI era.

Week 1: Learning, Research, and Innovation
Theme: Building Real Teaching Capacity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
Participants explore Learning Analytics, Action Research, and STEAM pedagogy through immersive, project-based training with faculty mentors. They develop actionable insights and prepare a conference-ready abstract or paper.
- Learn key Learning Analytics methods: Text Mining, Knowledge Tracing, and Supervised Machine Learning
- Design your own Action Research project
- Integrate STEAM strategies to support creativity and language learning
- Collaborate with international peers
- Produce a professional research abstract
Week 2: Experience and Exploration
Theme: Learning Beyond the Classroom — Real Education through People, Places, and Culture
Participants visit schools, communities, and historical and natural landmarks across Boston and Vermont, connecting educational theory to real-world practice.
